Pricing & Packages
We offer clear, practical pricing and flexible packages to match your needs — from a one-time consultation to full representation and settlement support. All fees are listed in CAD. For a precise quote tailored to your case, please book a free 15-minute pre-screen or fill out our contact form.
How we price our services
We price by service type and complexity. Simple support (e.g., single document translation) is priced per item; application packages and legal representation are priced by scope and risk. For most application packages we request a deposit/retainer with the balance due at submission. If your case requires bespoke work (appeals, refugee claims, H&C), we provide a custom estimate after intake.
Quick price summary
At CBR Services, our pricing is structured to remain transparent, fair, and tailored to each client’s immigration needs. Initial consultations start from $120 to provide a professional assessment of your situation and outline possible pathways. Standard applications—such as study permits, work permits, visitor visas, and extensions—typically range from $350 to $850 depending on complexity and document requirements. More detailed submissions, including LMIA applications, spousal sponsorship, and permanent residency streams, generally fall between $1,200 and $3,500 due to the extensive legal preparation involved. Complex immigration matters—such as refusals, appeals, inadmissibility issues, and humanitarian applications—usually start from $2,500 and vary based on the depth of case analysis and supporting evidence required. Because every case is unique, we also offer fully customized quotes to ensure clients pay only for the services they truly need, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
