Canada’s Best Relocation Services (CBR Services Agency), founded in 2021, is a full-service immigration, education, and settlement agency serving Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. From the beginning, CBR Services was created to support newcomers from post-Soviet Union countries as they navigate immigration pathways, settlement processes, education planning, and family-related matters in Canada.

Following February 2022, the agency dedicated its full efforts to assisting Ukrainians forced to flee the war and rebuild their lives in Canada. During this critical period, CBR Services provided comprehensive, hands-on support in housing, settlement coordination, education pathways, family matters, and immigration processes. Our work helped individuals and families adapt to an unfamiliar system with confidence, stability, and clear guidance during a highly emotional and challenging transition.

CBR Services combines licensed legal expertise with practical settlement coordination and educational support to guide newcomers from day one and through every major milestone of their life in Canada. Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed paralegals, notaries public, certified translators, and dedicated settlement specialists working together to deliver accurate, timely, and compassionate service. We operate in English, Ukrainian, and Russian to ensure clear communication and culturally sensitive support for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Founder & CEO — Tetiana Panina

Tetiana Panina is the Founder and CEO of CBR Services. She graduated in Project Administration from a designated college in Toronto in 2015 and has built her professional career around supporting immigrants and international clients in Canada.

After immigrating to Canada, Tetiana successfully worked as a representative of a leading Ukrainian company, promoting aquatic and sports infrastructure projects across Ontario. As a Ukrainian representative in Canada and a long-standing member of the Ukrainian Swimming Federation, she actively contributed to the development of sports infrastructure initiatives in Ukraine.

In 2017, Tetiana delivered a presentation at the International Public Swimming Pool Conference, which had a significant impact on mayors and managers of sports complexes across small and mid-sized cities in Ukraine, influencing modernization and development strategies.

Tetiana holds a Canadian Paralegal Diploma with Honours and has professional experience in Immigration and Family Law. Her career in immigration began in 2009, when she worked as a legal assistant, gaining hands-on experience with complex immigration cases and client advocacy.

Beyond her professional work, Tetiana has a strong appreciation for the arts, including theatre, ballet, and opera. She also leads an active lifestyle and enjoys participating in various sports activities together with her two sons.

She specializes in life, health, travel, family and business insurance, designing practical, affordable plans tailored to immigration timelines and newcomer needs.
